Company Which
Understand

In accordance with the specific needs and requirements of the customer, we are able to fully customize the prefabricated house, container house, or accommodation container. The ideal material for seniors should be soft without sharp edges, ensuring everyday home activities.

„I’ve fallen, and I can’t get up!” sentence that affects us most

For centuries, care about seniors have been taken routinely with insufficient care. But they have great needs and they require assistance due to a variety of issues, which include:

- Lack of mobility
- Memory loss (due to aging or diseases like Alzheimer’s or Parkinson’s)
- Loss in vision or hearing
- Loneliness

Lever style door knobs can prevent undue struggles. Levers are usually easier to grip than round doorknobs, and they don’t require a twisting motion. That can be especially helpful for people who have arthritis or other conditions that limit motion.

We can make it brighter. By age 75, most people require twice as much light as the normal recommended standard and nearly four times as much as a 20-year-old. This is especially true for people with dementia. Dark spots or areas in a room can appear ominous and confusing to the brain. Providing nice, bright spaces will help ease the mind and provide a clearer understanding of the surroundings.

Upgraded lighting. One simple modification you can make to your home, that isn’t too pricey is switching to quality LED bulbs. Changing light bulbs is often a risk. The less you have to reach up or climb up for replacements, the better.

Smoother transitions across flooring surfaces. Because they can become tripping hazards. At the same time, the floors are easy to clean and easy to stay clean so as to not create a burden on seniors.

Phone, light, and socket extensions. They can be made in every room on low surface

Cameras and monitoring equipment. Cameras help families and health professionals to track the movements of elders with health and mental issues when they aren’t around, noticing their habits and tendencies. They allow making sure seniors are being treated properly.

Wide doorways and hallways, door stocks without thresholds. For seniors who navigate through the home with the use of a walker or wheelchair to prevent trips and falls.

Ramps (interior and exterior). For seniors who are unsteady on their feet, have balance issues, or who use wheelchairs to provide greater independence.

As seniors age, they may find that their appliances are no longer in ideal locations and that their countertops and cabinetry are too high, especially if they are in a wheelchair.

Adjusted height of the sink and kitchen cabinets. We want to allow easier access from a seated position.

Adjusted position of home appliances. Additionally, seniors aging in place often find it easier when microwaves are placed in microwave stands, the same rule is for the oven.

Flooring modifications without thresholds. Floors that prevent falls and slips with comfort and safety are our top priority.

Handrails on stairs, indoors, and outdoors per demand.

Extra-wide windows. To improve natural lighting.

A senior opting to age in place also should consider home modifications for the bathroom, particularly the bathtub.

Walk-in shower bathtub. Which provides much easier (and safer) entry and exit than a bathtub.

Safety grab bar to the tub. Which is used as support to prevent falls because of slippery tubs.

Safety strips. Water-resistant for enhanced durability, to prevent slipping in the bathroom.

Bathroom transfer bench + bath chair. Enabling seniors to sit safely on the bench while getting into the tub by lifting each leg, one at a time, over the bathtub wall. Getting into the tub while seated greatly reduces the risk of dangerous slips and falls for seniors.

Rubber mats. Inside and outside the shower to avoid slipping and falling.

Lower bathroom sink with proper knee clearance.

Handheld shower head. A very convenient option in bathrooms for an easier bath.

Raised Toilet Seats & Safety Rails.
